Dog Days. hrumph.
Dog Days? I think not. Cats somehow seem to have the corner on chilling when it's extra hot.
Well, at least Hobbes does.
The term "Dog Days of Summer" comes from the dog star, Sirius, being high in the sky at this time of year. Is there a cat star, I wonder? There should be.
PUTERS BACK AND HERE I AM! Boy did I missed visiting with you!!!! The mom here has used that saying and I often wondered about that. I think you are right that we kitties really really know how to chill out in the heat of the summer.
