LOL that does look like a "Who me" expression.
What a cutie!! The concept of "glass" is still not completely learned. When my cat Red spies birds, he does this strange sort of chatter.

I had one cat who chattered like that at the birds. I *loved* listening to her try to lure them to the patio door.
It never worked but she never gave up. I miss that cat.
